§ 36.15 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   At the monthly meeting in January of each calendar year, the Council shall elect by roll call from its membership, the following officers: President and Vice-President.
   (B)   The officers so elected shall hold such office until the regular monthly meeting in January of the next calendar year.
