§ 33.260 TAX SALE WIRE TRANSFER FEE.
   (A)   The Lake County Treasurer shall collect a sum equal to the amount charged for a wire transfer fee from the person who uses the financial instrument including fees related to tax sales.
   (B)   The fees collected shall be deposited in the Lake County General Fund, to be appropriated by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
