(A) (1) The Lake County Plan Commission shall charge a user fee of $3 for any request made in conjunction with the online submission of an application, permit, petition, appeal, or request from the Unincorporated Lake County, Indiana Building Code No. 18, as amended; this fee is in addition to the required fees as contained in said ordinance.
(2) The Lake County Plan Commission shall charge a user fee of $3 for any request made in conjunction with the online submission of an application, permit, petition, or request from the Unincorporated Lake County, Indiana Zoning Ordinance No. II, as amended; this fee is in addition to the required fees as set forth in said ordinance.
(3) The Lake County Plan Commission shall charge a user fee of $3 for any request made in conjunction with the online submission of an application, permit, petition, appeal, or request from the Unincorporated Lake County, Indiana Subdivision Ordinance No. 1670, as amended; this fee is in addition to the required fees as contained in said ordinance.
(4) The Lake County Plan Commission shall charge a user fee of $3 for any request made in conjunction with the online submission of an application, permit, petition, appeal, or request from the Unincorporated Lake County, Indiana Ordinance for Flood Hazard Areas, Ordinance No. 2473, as amended; this fee is in addition to the required fees as contained in said ordinance.
(5) That the Lake County Plan Commission shall charge a user fee of $3 for any request made in conjunction with the online submission of an application, permit, petition, appeal, or request from the Unincorporated Lake County, Indiana Contractors Licensing Ordinance No. 1628, as amended; this fee is in addition to the required fees as contained in said ordinance.
(B) All fees collected under the terms of this section shall be placed in the General Fund of Lake County and appropriated by the Lake County Council.
