§ 113.03 AUTHORIZED VENDOR ITEMS.
   (A)   It is the intent of the Lake County Council to allow any item an authorized vendor may legally sell, solicit, exchange or take orders for so long as it complies with all federal and state laws and regulations, and with all Lake County ordinances.
   (B)   Violations of this section may result in the immediate removal of the authorized vendor, subject to the discretion of the Lake County Fairgrounds representative.
