§ 38.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who commits an offense as described in § 38.41 above shall be liable to a fine of $2,500; such fine to be subject, however, to the discretion of the court of jurisdiction.

   (B)   Violation of any of the provisions, terms or conditions of §§ 38.50, 38.55 through 38.57, 38.65 through 38.68, or 38.75 through 38.81 chapter shall be punishable by a fine in an amount not to exceed $2,500.

   (C)   Any person, transporter, carrier, or operator of a motor vehicle violating §§ 38.75 through 38.81 shall be issued a citation to appear in a court of competent jurisdiction in this county, and may be fined in an amount not to $2,500.
