§ 38.75 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Lake County from the potential hazard of fire, explosion, or exposure to toxic substances thataccompanies hazardous materials by regulating the transportation of hazardous materials in and through Lake County.
