§ 31.341 MEMBERSHIP.
   The Committee shall consist of the following members:
   (A)   The County Auditor;
   (B)   The County Treasurer;
   (C)   One County Commissioner;
   (D)   Two County Council members appointed by the President of the County Council, only one from the same district of the Commissioner member.
