(A) This subchapter establishes an oversight body and administrative entity to operate one of the two Lake County consolidated PSAPs by January 1, 2015.
(B) The Lake Country Public Safety Communications Commission (“Commission”) is the oversight body for the Lake County consolidated 911 dispatch function and interoperable communications system.
(C) The Lake County 911 Department (“Department”) is established as the entity to operate the Lake County consolidated 911 dispatch function for the fire, ambulance, and law enforcement agencies that are part of the Lake County consolidated PSAP.
