§ 31.251 POWERS OF THE BOARD.
   The Board shall oversee the operation and management of the Lake County Sewer Department, develop and furnish both a short-term and long-term Lake County Sewer Department budget to the Council for approval and report to the Council the progress of the plan and budget on a regular basis.
