(A) The personnel are employees of the county, and the Administrator, with the approval of the Board, shall assign their duties according to law.
(B) The expenses of the Lake County Sewer Department are a part of the Board’s budget. The Board may recommend the number and salary of the personnel, but the county fiscal body shall determine the number of employees, the budget and any salaries.
(C) The county shall furnish to the Department the supplies, equipment and other items needed for the performance of the Department’s purpose or shall contract for these items.
(D) The sewer expenses of the Department shall be paid out of any service fees, and ad valorem property taxes if any are levied.
