§ 31.248 LAKE COUNTY SEWER DEPARTMENT: CREATION AND MODE OF OPERATION.
   (A)   A Lake County Sewer Department is established in Lake County.
   (B)   The Department shall be operated either by a contract with a vendor selected by the Board and approved by the county executive or through employees of the Department in a budget approved by the Council.
