§ 31.217 LAW BOOK RELATED PURCHASES.
   This subchapter shall not apply to law book related purchases for the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office. Purchases for the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office shall be made by the Lake County Prosecutor or his or her representative, independent of the Lake County Law Library Board.
