§ 33.212 BACKGROUND CHECK FEE.
   (A)   The Lake County Sheriff’s Department shall charge $7 to perform records checks, background checks, criminal record checks.
   (B)   The fees collected shall be deposited in the Lake County General Fund, to be appropriated by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
