Any association may apply for consideration for participation in the Lake County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program by completely filling out an application form for participation and submitting it to the Lake County Division of Transportation. The appropriate fee shall be included with the application. The application shall be based upon the association’s field review required by § 72.42.
