Upon notification to the County Engineer by the State’s Attorney of any pending or actual change in state statutes, or any pending or actual change in state case law, that materially affects the basis upon which the Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program was established, including county risk management concerns, the Public Works and Transportation Committee shall review the information and shall have the authority to immediately present to the County Board a resolution for termination of the program. The termination of the program shall also terminate all Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program Agreements then in effect in accordance with § 72.52.
