§ 72.52 TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   The Public Works and Transportation Committee, upon the recommendation of the County Engineer, may terminate particular Lake County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program Agreements then in effect if an association does not meet the terms and conditions of its agreement, or if the association’s involvement in the County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program is inconsistent with any other restrictions or limitations established by this chapter. The termination order issued by the County Engineer shall be in writing to the association’s coordinator mailed to the address as shown on the application form for participation and shall specify the effective date of termination.
   (B)   The County Engineer may terminate, or suspend, a particular Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program Agreement then in effect when the use provided for therein would conflict with highway construction, highway maintenance, or utility construction or utility maintenance on a section. The termination or suspension order shall be in writing to the association coordinator mailed to the address, as shown on the application form for participation. In the event of a suspension, the County Engineer may specify the length of the duration of the suspension.
   (C)   The association shall remove its uniform snowmobile signs on the involved connecting sections or cross-connections for the duration of any termination or suspension.
