§ 72.24 SUNSET PROVISION.
   (A)   In the event the County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program’s actual operation ceases to meet the purposes for which it was established, the Public Works and Transportation Committee shall present a resolution to the Lake County Board terminating the Lake County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program.
   (B)   Any resolution for termination shall include provisions regarding the termination of all county Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program Agreements then still in effect, in accordance with § 72.52.
