§ 70.32 PROHIBITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall drive or operate any motor vehicle upon any frozen waters of the county.
   (B)   No person shall park a motor vehicle on any frozen waters of this county.
   (C)   The following motor vehicles shall not be required to comply with the provisions of this subchapter if they are:
      (1)   Properly registered by the Illinois Department of Conservation, under the Illinois Boating Registration and Safety Act;
      (2)   Properly registered by the Illinois Department of Conservation, under the Illinois Snowmobile Registration and Safety Act;
      (3)   Owned and used by the United States, this state, this county, or any political subdivision thereof, or motor vehicles owned or used by any person acting as their agent under their direction;
      (4)   Used only on an approved race track where written permission has been obtained from the governmental unit having jurisdiction over the location of any event held in this county; or
      (5)   Used by persons while ice fishing.
