(C) Designation of Class III truck routes. The following portions of county highways are hereby designated as Class III truck routes in accordance with 625 ILCS 5/15-102(a), 625 ILCS 5/15-107(f) and 625 ILCS 5/15-111(g).

(F) Oversize and overweight permits. The County Engineer is authorized by this section and ordinance to issue special permits for excess size and weight on the county highway system in accordance with 625 ILCS 5/15-301, as amended, and with fees as provided by separate resolution of the County Board and as amended from time to time.
(G) Map.
(1) The County Engineer may, from time to time, have published a map illustrating the limitations imposed by this section or any other county highway ordinances and as they may be amended from time to time.
(2) The County Engineer may, from time to time, publish a short consolidated listing showing the weight limits as codified from the various County Board resolutions. The County Engineer, in accordance with 625 ILCS 5/15-116, shall notify the Illinois Department of Transportation of said ten-ton designations of Wadsworth Road and Hunt Club Road.
(H) Posting. The County Engineer shall post signs, as appropriate, indicating such limitations as imposed by this section or any other related ordinance and as they may be amended from time to time.
(I) Separability. If any court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge any provision of this section to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any provision of this section not specifically included in the judgment.
(K) Amendments. This section may be amended by the County Board; and other limitations as to the operation of vehicles and weights thereof on the county highway system, or changes thereto, may be enacted by separate ordinance.
