This chapter adopts by reference the Illinois Swimming Facility Pool and Bathing Beach Code, the Illinois Swimming Facility Act and the Illinois Swimming Pool Safety Act. All matters pertaining to the health and/or safety of the public of the County of Lake in regard to swimming facilities shall be administered and enforced in accordance with these referenced Acts, this chapter and the Lake County Swimming Facilities Administrative Procedures and Policies as amended from time to time by the Lake County Board of Health.
