§ 171.206 OTHER REQUIREMENTS.

(A) State and federal regulations. The requirements established by §§ 171.200 through 171.206 shall in no way preclude compliance with any applicable state or federal regulation.

(B) Conflict. Whenever the provisions of §§ 171.200 through 171.206 conflict with any applicable ordinance, regulation or rule, the most stringent requirement shall be applied.
