(A) Minimum requirements. A person cleaning or pumping waste from an onsite wastewater treatment system or portable toilet, or hauling or disposing of these removed wastes must be licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health as a Private Sewage Disposal System Pumping Contractor and shall be knowledgeable of the requirements of §§ 171.200 through 171.206 of this chapter.
(B) License. The Health Officer shall license onsite wastewater treatment system pumpers by issuing the license to the company providing the service.
