A. Numbering. All buildings within the Village shall be assigned an address by the Village Engineer. The address assigned shall be based upon the side of the building the front door is on, and not necessarily on the front lot line designated by the Zoning Regulations.
B. Size Of Figures. The owner of each building shall maintain a visible street number at all times that is: (i) a minimum of four inches in height; (ii) of a color that contrasts with its background; and (iii) readily visible and readable from the building’s addressed street.
C. Violations; Penalty. The owner of any property failing to so number the buildings on his lot, as required by this Section, shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 9-1-22 of this chapter. (Ord. 2021-13, 6-28-2021)
