A. Separate Water Service And Sanitary And Storm Sewer Maintenance And Collection Service Rates: The rates at which: 1) water service; and 2) sanitary and storm sewer maintenance and collection service will be sold and furnished to consumers by the village shall be as set out in section 1-12-3 of this code, under the category "user charges and connection fees". For the purposes of this article, all references to "water" and "water service" shall be deemed to include "sanitary and storm sewer maintenance and collection" and "sanitary and storm sewer maintenance and collection service", respectively. B. Rates Not Provided; Assessment By Administrator: Water supplied to any place for which the rates are not provided by other rules shall be assessed by the village administrator in accordance with guidelines established from time to time by the board of trustees. (1988 Code § 5-1B-1)
