6-4-2: PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES:
A.   Parking Prohibited: It is unlawful to park any motor vehicle which is not bearing registration plates or decals issued pursuant to the Illinois motor vehicle code to a handicapped person, as defined in the Illinois motor vehicle code, in any parking place, including any private or public off street parking facility specifically reserved for handicapped or disabled persons by the posting of an official sign. B.   Penalty: Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of subsection A of this section shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) in addition to any costs or charges connected with the removal or storage of any such motor vehicle. The fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) may be paid without prosecution in accordance with the provisions of subsection 6-1-4B of this title, as amended; except, that the amount of the fine shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00), and no notices need be sent for failure to pay such fine before action is taken for further prosecution.
