3-6-5: SITE INSPECTIONS; LICENSE FEE:
A.   Initial Inspection; Fee: Before issuing such license, the building commissioner shall inspect or cause to be inspected the site of such proposed gasoline station, and if the same is satisfactory and such use thereof is permitted by the ordinances of the village pertaining thereto, he shall so certify to the village clerk, and thereupon, the applicant shall pay to the village clerk a license fee as set out in section 1-12-3 of this code, under the category "license fees". The fee shall be paid prior to the issuance of such license and shall cover the cost of inspection thereof. (1988 Code § 3-8-5; amd. 2009 Code)
B.   Other Inspections: No tank, container or other vessel located in or upon such site shall be covered over or used until the installation, material and workmanship have been finally inspected, approved and certified by the building commissioner. All such facilities shall be subject to inspection by the village fire chief at any time during business operations. (1988 Code § 3-8-5)
