A. Established; Payment: The fees for peddlers' or solicitors' licenses shall be paid to the village treasurer for the use of the village at the time the application for a license shall be filed, and the license fees for each peddler or solicitor shall be as set out in section 1-12-3 of this code, under the category "license fees", for one year or any portion thereof.
B. Refunds: Should the application for any license be denied, the fee theretofore deposited shall be refunded to the applicant. (1988 Code § 3-4-3; amd. 2009 Code)
