3-2-9: LICENSE FEES:
A.   The annual license fees for liquor licenses shall be as set out in section 1-12-3 of this Code under the category "license fees".
B.   Fees for all annual liquor licenses that are issued on or after November 1 shall be prorated on a semiannual basis. (Ord. 2019-14, 5-13-2019; amd. Ord. 2020-12, 7-13-2020)
