2-7-13: APPROPRIATIONS AND TAX LEVIES:
The president and board of trustees may make an appropriation for LBEDSA purposes in the manner provided by law and may levy, in addition, for LBEDSA purposes only, a tax as set out in section 1-12-3 of this code, under the category "taxes", which said tax shall be in addition to all other taxes, as provided by the Illinois emergency management agency act of 1992, as amended. (1988 Code § 8-3A-15; amd. 2009 Code)
