1-10-6: ANNEXATION FEES:
There shall be an annexation fee per acre, or for any fraction thereof, as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this chapter which shall be paid upon filing of any petition for annexation but such fee shall be refunded if annexation is not approved by the corporate authorities or if such petition is withdrawn.
