6-3-1: PERMIT REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful to construct or lay any pavement on, make any excavation in or tunnel under any street, right of way or other public place or to repair the same without having first secured a permit therefor. The fee for such permit shall be as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this code. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
