A. In the event the licensee shall have a license to operate an amusement or an amusement facility on a temporary basis, then the licensee shall provide a bond executed by the licensee as principal and by a surety acceptable to the village, said bond to guarantee the payment of the tax imposed hereby and to be in an amount sufficient to cover the estimated tax which shall become due by virtue of the operation of the amusement or the amusement facility, but in an amount not less than as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this code.
B. A "temporary license" is hereby defined as a license issued for a period other than the normal license year. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
