A. License Required: No person shall operate a restaurant or itinerant restaurant without first obtaining a license as provided in chapter 2 of this title. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
B. Approval Of Enforcement Officer And County Health Department: No license shall be issued without the approval of the Enforcement Officer, or his or her designee, and proof that the applicant is the holder of a proper valid permit issued by the Lake County, Illinois Board of Health (i.e., the "Lake County Health Department"). C. Fees: The respective license fees for a restaurant or an itinerant restaurant shall be as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this Code. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
