13-7-8: CERTIFICATION FEE:

A. Annual Certification Fee: The annual fees for certification of required cross connection control devices shall be as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this code.

B. Bimonthly Payment Of Certification Fees: The annual certification fee for a premises shall be included as part of the bimonthly billing period for each cross connection control device certified. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
