The fees as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this code shall be charged for permits to connect property located within the corporate limits of the village of Lake Barrington special service area number three to the LBBIP sanitary sewer system and the LBBIP water system, which fees shall be paid to the village of Fox River Grove pursuant to the intergovernmental agreement.
There shall be no separate connection charge for a sprinkler system.
The permit fee for connection to the LBBIP water system and to the LBBIP sanitary sewer system where the diameter of the domestic water line is greater than two inches (2") shall be established by the board of trustees. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
