A. General: Any proposal requesting a soil evaluation in accordance with subsection 12-6-1C of this title shall be submitted as follows:
1. Application: An application for a soil evaluation shall be completed.
2. Fee: A fee as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this code shall be submitted.
B. Appointment: The enforcement officer shall schedule the date and time of the soil evaluation within a period not to exceed fifteen (15) working days. When weather conditions or frost greater than six inches (6") do not allow for accurate soil descriptions, the soil test shall be postponed to allow for acceptable conditions.
C. Soil Report: A report of the soil evaluation shall be mailed to the applicant. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
