§ 37.24 COMPENSATION OF OEM MEMBERS FOR TRAINING.
   (A)   The members of the OEM who are paid employees or officers of the village, if called for training by the Director/Coordinator or IEMA, shall receive for time spent in such training the same rate of pay as is attached to the position held in the village.
   (B)   Members of the OEM who are not such municipal employees or officers shall receive for such training time such compensation as may be established by the Village Manager.
