§ 37.12 AUTHORITY TO NEGOTIATE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.

The Director/Coordinator may negotiate mutual aid agreements with other municipal corporations, political subdivisions, and taxing districts, but no such agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the Board of Trustees and each of the other participating municipalities, political subdivisions, and taxing districts.
