§ 37.10 APPOINTMENT; TERM.
   (A)   The Director/Coordinator shall be appointed by the Village Manager, with the advice and consent of the Village Board, and shall serve until such time as he or she resigns or is removed or discharged from office by the Village Manager.
   (B)   In the event of the absence, resignation, death, or inability of the Director/Coordinator to serve, the Deputy Director/Coordinator or any person designated by the Village Manager shall be and act as Director/Coordinator until a new appointment is made, as provided in this section.
