§ 37.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby created the Village Office of Emergency Management (OEM) to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from the disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage, other hostile action, or natural causes or man-made disasters, in accordance with the Illinois Emergency Management Act, ILCS Chapter 20, Act 3305, §§ 1 et seq.
