§ 154.36 IDENTIFICATION OF WETLANDS.
   To determine if wetlands exist on a given site, a wetland investigation shall be performed by a qualified firm:
   (A)   Any time the National Wetland Inventory Map indicates wetlands may be present;
   (B)   Existing topography indicates conditions conducive to wetland formation, such as existing depressional areas; and/or
   (C)   Any time the Village Engineer deems a wetland investigation is appropriate and necessary.
