§ 154.35 PROTECTION OF DEPRESSIONAL STORAGE.
Existing depressional storage areas in wetlands and identified on the site topography shall be maintained:
   (A)   Any existing storage volume identified on the site shall be compensated for on site in addition to any volume required for storm water detention or filling within the floodplain, and
   (B)   The release rates of the undeveloped site shall be analyzed. If the existing depressional storage causes storm water to leave the site at a rate less than 0.10 cfs per acre for the 100-year storm event, the lower release rates shall be used in designing the detention basin.
