§ 34.03 DIRECTOR TO SUPERVISE DEPARTMENT AND APPARATUS.
   The Director shall have the control, subject to the order and direction of the Village Manager, of the Fire Department and all fire apparatus belonging to the village. Whenever any fire apparatus needs repairing, the Director shall cause the same to be done without delay.
