§ 34.02 APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF FIRE AND BUILDING.
   The Director shall be appointed by the Village Manager with the advice and consent of the Village Board. The Director shall have the duties and responsibilities of Fire Chief and Building Commissioner.
