§ 33.43 OATH, BOND OF MEMBERS.
   Each member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall take an oath or affirmation of office and shall execute and deliver to the Village Board a bond in the sum of $1,000 with such sureties as the President and Board of Trustees shall approve, conditioned on the faithful performance of his or her office.
