§ 33.28 SEPARATE FUND REQUIRED; DISBURSEMENTS.
   All moneys derived from the taxes levied as herein provided for and all moneys realized from the sources referred to above shall be set apart by the Village Treasurer to constitute a Police Pension Fund. The Village Treasurer shall disburse sums from the Pension Fund only upon order of the Pension Fund thereof as provided for by the law.
