§ 35.110 RESPONSIBILITY.
   The Finance Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining internal accounting policies for the village. The Finance Director isempowered with the fiduciary responsibility for village finances and shall consult with the Finance Committee regarding matters of accounting policy when he or she deems it necessary.
