§ 33.15 REMOVAL OF DEPUTY CHIEF AUTHORIZED.
   The Deputy Chief may be removed at the discretion of the Chief of Police at any time. Any member having been removed from the position of Deputy Chief shall revert to the rank held immediately prior to appointment to the Deputy Chief position.
