§ 31.075 REMOVAL OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY AUTHORIZED.
   The Village Attorney may be removed for cause at any time by the President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The action of the President and Board of Trustees in removing the Village Attorney shall be final.
