The Clerk shall make available to any person for inspection and copy all village ordinances, minutes of the meetings of the Board of Trustees and all other documents which by law the Village Clerk is required to keep, other than those records pertaining to privileged matters. The Clerk shall promulgate, and uniformly enforce, reasonable rules to insure the safety and preservation of those records and to prevent the disruption of the normal operation of his or her office.
